COVID Booking Terms & Conditions for winter 2020 – 2021

In these unprecedented times, we want to help make planning your ski holiday this winter, as easy, flexible, and risk-free as possible.

With this in mind, we have changed our Booking Conditions and established new COVID / Pandemic Cancellation Clauses in addition to our General Terms and Conditions.

So, what have we done?

  • We have lowered the Booking Deposit from 30% to 12%.
  • We have reduced the final payment date from 60 to 21 days, prior to the start date.
  • If you have to cancel due to COVID / pandemic related reasons, we will give you a full refund minus a 12% Administrative Fee or alternatively receive a full credit to use within the next 3 years.
  • If you have to shorten your stay due to COVID / pandemic related reasons, we will give you a pro-rata refund or you can choose to receive a pro-rata credit, to use within the next 3 years.

Book your lessons and guiding now with full peace of mind, if you have to cancel for any COVID related reason (T&C’s apply), we’ll either give you a full refund (less a small 12% Administrative Fee) or receive a 100% deferred credit, to be used within 3 years.
