First Tracks female instructors are organising a special « Ladies week » this winter. Five days skiing without men to advise, comment, or lead. One week away, to take a break from mansplaining. You will be skiing with one or more of our female ski instructors, taking it easy. This week is not about challenging yourself or competing to be the fastest skier. It is about skiing with the girls, helping each other, getting inspired by other women and leaving our everyday lives behind.
We will meet in the morning at 9:30 and ski away from the crowd. There will be no rush, time to chat, tea breaks and good laughs.
Includes :
- A caring female ski instructor, possibly more than one throughout the week.
- A ladies only group (3 to 8 skiers)

- 3 Valleys ski pass for 5 days

- Dates : April 7-11, 2024 - 5 days (Sunday to Thursday)
- Hours : 9 :15 -16 :45
- Price : 850 € / pers

It is too early to head to the Med, but not too late to get some good spring skiing… and it is always a good time to party ! This winter, First Tracks ski instructors will be your guides to the best après-ski of the French Alps. To celebrate this special week, we will end our first skiing day with a glass of bubbly at the top of a mountain. The next day, we will meet at 10 am and get some great spring snow runs in before heading to one of the hottest party places in town : Cap Horn, Bagatelle, La Folie Douce, you name it !
On April 8 & 9, we will head to La Folie Douce Courchevel Festival for a local vibe. Our youngest- party animal type- ski instructors are in charge of what could be called an « altitude spring break ».
Includes :
- Young ski instructors always ready to party.
- A young skier only group (4 to 8 skiers - between 20 and 30+ years old)
- A glass of Champagne offered by your ski instructor on day 1
- Après-ski at La Folie Douce Courchevel Festival on April 8-9, 2024

22nd to 26th Avril 2024 : « Summer body »
- Dates : April 22-26, 2024 - 5 days (Monday to Friday)
- Hours : 9 :15 -16 :45

Late April is a perfect time to transition from winter to summer. Days are longer and there is no better place than the mountains to enjoy the feel of a warm sun ray on your skin after long months of cold.
First Tracks ski instructors are organising a special 5 days to get our bodies in shape for the summer. Depending on the weather and snow conditions we might hike, snow shoes or ski tour to enjoy the mountain differently. There will be time to release the tensions, safe places to talk, laughs, and plenty of physical training. This week is all about building up our energy with early starts, stretching at the summit and lots of oxygen.
